VERY HAPPY with the results of the carpet cleaning! Very reasonably priced and excellent job all around. Technician Jaden was on time and looked over the carpets, commenting on the problem areas and the general condition of the carpets. He went right to work quickly and discreetly, doing his best to work out the tough stains. Jaden was courteous, professional and gave us confidence that the job would be well done. Afterwards, he cleaned up, put away his equipment and left no trace except for sparkling clean carpets! We would use Ohana again!

The job was done well, efficiently and early! Nick called me and said they were 90 min ahead of schedule. They did a great job! Very professional, courteous and kind. Our carpets look and smell so clean!

Had my couch cleaned and treated for pet odor after moving by Chris. Chris took took extra time to break down their process and answered all of our questions enthusiastically. I unfortunately could not get my jute rug cleaned due to risk of ruining it, but I was happy that Chris took the extra precaution to ensure that they didn’t ruin any of my belongings! He even gave me advice on how to clean it since they could not. I would recommend Ohana Chem Dry to everyone looking for a great price and customer service.

Got our carpets deep cleaned with PURT in our 4 bedroom home today, 5/5/22. Booked the appointment with Frank who was easy going, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to over the phone. The techs, Colby and Keoki were professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained steps throughout the process and showed us how much pet hair/grime they got out of our carpets. So far so good, we’re happy with the results… the stench of pet urine/odor has gone away and the carpet no longer feels “sticky” to walk on. Thank you Chem Dry!

Frank at Ohana Chem-Dry did an excellent job on our carpet!! Stairs are a high traffic area, but he got the stains out, and carpet came up beautifully clean. It has remained clean with Chem-Dry unlike with other solutions, where stains return after a week. I am very happy with the service- Frank is very professional and I will be using his service again next time!!!!

Ohana doesn’t disappoint. They’ve been cleaning my sofa every year for several years now. It gets a fair amount of use and it’s white so it starts to look pretty rough in 12 months. After Ohana cleans my sofa, it looks almost new! Frank and son also charge a reasonable rate for the work they do.
