VERY HAPPY with the results of the carpet cleaning! Very reasonably priced and excellent job all around. Technician Jaden was on time and looked over the carpets, commenting on the problem areas and the general condition of the carpets. He went right to work quickly and discreetly, doing his best to work out the tough stains. Jaden was courteous, professional and gave us confidence that the job would be well done. Afterwards, he cleaned up, put away his equipment and left no trace except for sparkling clean carpets! We would use Ohana again!

The job was done well, efficiently and early! Nick called me and said they were 90 min ahead of schedule. They did a great job! Very professional, courteous and kind. Our carpets look and smell so clean!

I selected Ohana Chem-Dry because they use pet friendly cleaning solutions and had the convenience of making an appointment online, not to mention very good reviews. They texted me when they were about 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. They were able to clean a sofa and loveseat in under an hour and even took it upon themselves to spot clean another piece without my even asking. The two young men were pleasant and respectful and left my home clean and dry, unlike other companies I've used in the past have not done. Worked diligently to clean up a mess and thank goodness some markings were water soluble. Although they said would dry in 3-4 hrs, found areas still wet so don't recommend returning furniture, tables, etc. till the next day to give areas more time to dry. It would help if all windows/doors were open for air/sun to help the drying process. No odors involved. Would definitely hire them again in the future. Workers very cooperative and helpful especially when they had to lug their machines up 30 stairs from the street. Thank you for your kokua and great work ethics.

My 2 year old decided to rub diaper cream into my fabric couch. Any parent knows that this is miserable to get off! I spent hours trying to get it off and finally called them. The had someone out the same day, and in 40 minutes had it completely done and looking brand new. Very impressed by the work and the customer service. Would definitely call them again!

Had my couch cleaned and treated for pet odor after moving by Chris. Chris took took extra time to break down their process and answered all of our questions enthusiastically. I unfortunately could not get my jute rug cleaned due to risk of ruining it, but I was happy that Chris took the extra precaution to ensure that they didn’t ruin any of my belongings! Got our carpets deep cleaned with PURT in our 4 bedroom home today, 5/5/22. Booked the appointment with Frank who was easy going, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to over the phone. The techs, Colby and Keoki were professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained steps throughout the process and showed us how much pet hair/grime they got out of our carpets. So far so good, we’re happy with the results… the stench of pet urine/odor has gone away and the carpet no longer feels “sticky” to walk on. Thank you Chem Dry!

Frank at Ohana Chem-Dry did an excellent job on our carpet!! Stairs are a high traffic area, but he got the stains out, and carpet came up beautifully clean. It has remained clean with Chem-Dry unlike with other solutions, where stains return after a week. I am very happy with the service- Frank is very professional and I will be using his service again next time!!!!
